At Lib's Grill, we're all about good food, good times, and treating our loyal customers like, well, family. Our Lib's Loyalty program is designed to bring you closer to the Lib's Grill experience with every visit, offering delicious perks and exclusive access to our inner circle.
Joining the Family is as easy as Sunday gravy! Choose the option that's best for you:

Scan & Go: Look for our "Join the Family" QR codes at the hostess stand, bar, or on your receipt. A quick scan with your smartphone will take you directly to the sign-up page.

Ask Your Server: Simply provide your phone number to your server or host when opening your check. They'll get you set up on the spot!
Upon enrollment, you'll receive a confirmation email and a prompt to download your personalized pass to your Apple or Google Wallet for easy access to your points and rewards.
Earning Your Stripes (and Points!)
You'll earn 100 points for every visit to any Lib's Grill location. No need to carry a card—just provide your phone number to your server when you pay, or scan your personalized pass from your smartphone. Every visit counts towards climbing the family ranks!
The Family Ranks (Loyalty Tiers)
Our loyalty program is structured into five tiers, each with increasing benefits as you become a more ingrained part of the Lib's Grill family. Your status is determined by your visits within a 30-day rolling period.
Tier 1: The "New Recruit" (1 Visit)
Welcome Perk: A complimentary "Welcome to the Family" appetizer on your next visit. We want to make sure you get a taste of what we're all about!
Tier 2: The "Rising Star" (2-3 Visits/Month)
Perk: A free non-alcoholic beverage with your meal. You're starting to get comfortable here!
Tier 3: The "Regular" (4-5 Visits/Month)
Perk: A complimentary dessert with your meal. You're practically family now!
Bonus: Early access to new menu items or special events.
Tier 4: The "Capo" (6-7 Visits/Month)
Perk: 15% off your entire bill on your next visit. We appreciate your dedication!
Bonus: Exclusive invitations to "Family Dinner" events or tasting nights.
Tier 5: The "Boss" (8+ Visits/Month with Over $500/Month in Spending)
Perk: 20% off your entire bill on every visit, priority seating (no waiting in line!), and an exclusive "Boss's Birthday Treat" (a special surprise on your birthday). You're the head of the table!
Important Note: To truly honor our "Boss" members, your status for this tier will not expire monthly. Once you reach "Boss" status, you maintain that status for at least 90 days, provided your spending continues to meet the threshold. We want to ensure you always feel like the "Boss."
Redeeming Your Rewards
Redeeming your hard-earned rewards is simple:

Provide your phone number to your server when you're ready to pay.

Your server can also scan your Apple/Google Wallet pass using the camera on their Toast tablet.

They'll see your available rewards, and you can choose which one to apply to your current transaction. Please note: Only one reward can be applied per transaction.
